After a period of 10 days or so after your purchase our server will automatically email you with an invitation to review the quality of your product and the level of service you receive, you may choose to ignore this or complete the survey at your discretion, If you complete the survey we may use your completed response in an anonymous publication on our site, please ignore the email request and do not complete the survey if you do not wish it to be published.
Delivery of purchased goods
We aim to process and despatch all completed orders received prior to 12:00 noon the same day All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The vast majority of our goods come with free postage and packing, for this service we use the Royal Mail postal service or a Courier service of our choice. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail.
Our products are offered subject to availability. In the rare event we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you and offer an immediate refund. If goods are being delivered outside of the European Union you as the purchaser will be responsible for any customs or duties that may be applicable to that country or territory.
If goods are not received
We can not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. If it is of absolute importance you require your product by a certain date we strongly advise you use our guaranteed next working day Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us to arrange for this, you may also select this service during the purchase check out process for a small additional fee.
We always obtain a Certificate of postage which is retained for 21 days and will provided on request. Please also note that the maximum possible claim under standard Royal Mail is one hundred times the cost of a 1st class stamp, currently around £39.
In the rare event an item is lost by Royal Mail please note that we are unable to replace the product until you have complied with the Royal Mail procedures for standard insurance claims which states there must be a minimum delay of 15 working days from the date of postage before Royal Mail will consider an item lost.In the event the item is lost by a courier company, we will either send a replacement or immediately refund any payment in full.
Please allow 5 working days for your goods to arrive by Royal Mail, if you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please advise by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from us. You must notify us with 10 days of the purchase date if an item has failed to arrive, after this date will be unable to support any claim.We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction, remember if its urgent we recommend you select the courier delivery option for the small additional cost.
When using our courier service some one will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the package. The courier company will provide a scanned copy of the receiving signature on request as proof a package has been delivered. In the unlikely event that the recipient claims the goods have are not been delivered and the courier company has a signature as proof of delivery to the specified delivery address in the order, the recipient will be required to liaise directly with the courier company concerned , Kaizen Solutions EU Limited will be unable to arbitrate in this scenario.
Damaged or missing items
It is essential you open and check the condition of your order as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. In the rare situation your order arrives with damaged or missing components this must be notified in writing and emailed to us ( email@example.com ) within 48 hours of receiving your goods for compensation to be considered. Any claim notified after 48 hours will NOT be considered.
The Bidet Shower must be installed in compliance to your local water authority regulations, which is a legal requirement in the U.K., if you have any doubts please use a qualified plumber. The Bidet Shower must be fitted via a local water isolating valve (sold separately) and this should be used to isolate the water supply to the Bidet Shower after each use. No hand held sprayer / hose, including our models, should be left on or under constant water pressure when not being used. Hand held sprayers and hoses are not designed for use as a valve, the spring or rubber seal inside the sprayer / hose could malfunction and leak causing water damage when left under pressure. To avoid the possibility of leaks, ALWAYS connect the Bidet Shower via a local isolating valve and make sure to turn the valve off after each use and releive the water pressure by spraying the remaining water in to the toilet; it only takes a second and will provide years of trouble free use.
Kaizen Solutions will NOT be responsible for any water damage caused from the sprayer, hose, or fittings if left under continuous water pressure. Plus, turning off the local mains isolating valve and releasing the pressure in the hose will make your hose & sprayer last much longer.
Please Note: If there is a possibility the shower head can accidentally contact the water in the toilet bowl a suitably compliant anti-syphoning system must also be fitted to prevent back flow contamination of the water supply. Please consult the applicable WRAS regulations or those water regulations applicable to your region / territory. Warranty and Returns Policy
Returns MUST be made within 14 days of receiving your order. we also guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for a minimum of 6 months from receipt of goods. If you receive a defective product or wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or refund we will also advise the return address and provide you with a return reference number which is is required to ensure your item is entered in to our system to complete the return process, any items arriving with out a return reference number will NOT be processed until you have contacted us requesting the returns reference number. Exchange items will only be sent AFTER we have received the original item back from you in original condition, intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Free delivery does not apply if you decide to return the item because of a change of mind, therefore the carriage cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, usually £4.95 for Royal Mail and £9.95 for courier deliveries
Warranty, all our products come with minimum of six months warranty from the date of sale, longer warranty periods will be advised on the product page on our website if applicable. We aim to repair any defective items or if this is not possible replace with a like for like replacement, if this is not possible we shall refund your payment on receipt of the defective item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to un-install , package and return any defective part to us for repair or replacement. KAIZEN SOULUTIONS EU LIMITED will NOT be responsible for the cost of removal, return or re-installation of products or any consequential loss or damage incurred by failure of our products. Any compensation will be limited to the total value of the goods if purchased or the advertised price if provided free of charge. Please contact us for details of our returns address. We are unable to refund nor exchange special order or spare parts.
- If a returned item is found to have been damaged by yourself then the item will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned you once the return postage fee has been paid.
- If you simply change your mind for any reason we will offer a full refund with in 14 days of you receiving the goods on receipt of the returned goods in a damaged free re-saleable condition. Returns after the the 14 day period are at our discretion and will incur a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us and recommend you use a signed for service as proof of delivery.
- Your rights as a consumer are protected under the U.K. distant selling regulations, we will always exceed our legal obligations.
- We will always treat you, our customer fairly and if there are any doubts err on your side. We aim to offer outstanding customer service, if something goes wrong we will do our best to resolve it super fast and to your complete satisfaction.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as governed by the laws of England.
